All accepted abstracts are invited to submit a long paper with 6 double-column pages or a short paper with 4 double-column pages.
The full paper should includes results, figures, and references. All papers will be double-blind peer reviewed and should be written in English. Papers must use the IEEE conference format.
The submission of the full paper implies that it should be original, have not been submitted under review or be copyright-protected elsewhere, and will be presented by an author if accepted. All submitted full papers will be refereed by experts in the field based on the criteria of originality, significance, quality, and clarity.
Acceptance will be based on quality, relevance, and originality. Accepted and presented papers, as well as the symposium content, will be published in IEEE processing.
